Return and Refund Policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means that you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. This voluntary policy does not restrict your statutory rights, including the European Union’s 14-day right of withdrawal.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. After reviewing your request, we will provide the applicable return address and return instructions.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send the package. Return shipping costs for approved returns are paid by us.

Items returned without first submitting a return request may not be accepted.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

For returns requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period but within our voluntary 30-day return period, the item should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, and with all supplied parts where possible. Proof of purchase is required.

We may request the original packaging where it is still available. However, the absence of original packaging alone does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day withdrawal period by contacting md01628869658@gmail.com.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

You may inspect and handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be permitted to do in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not excluded solely because:

• The original packaging is missing.
• The item was purchased during a sale or promotion.
• The item has been opened or inspected as reasonably necessary.

Statutory exceptions may apply to certain goods, including clearly personalized products, perishable goods and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed.

Return Shipping Costs

We pay the return shipping costs for all approved returns and provide a prepaid return label.

For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, all reasonable return shipping costs are also paid by us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive an incorrect or incomplete item.

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution. This may include repair, replacement, return or refund, depending on the circumstances and your applicable statutory rights.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. These may include:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases where return transportation is legally restricted.
• Gift cards and other statutory exceptions where applicable.

Sale or promotional items remain covered by the European Union’s statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when that right applies. Sale items may only be excluded from the additional voluntary return period after the statutory period has expired.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

This does not limit any statutory right to repair or replacement for defective or non-conforming goods.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

Refunds following a valid statutory withdrawal will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods were sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will include the original standard delivery charge where required by applicable law. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable unless required by law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
